"We had the Chicken Saj sandwhich and it was banging. Fantastic sides some cheesy little pastry called sambouk and a chicken version and they were delectable. Great place, great staff and we will be back again."

"Wow, I was really impressed -my meal was so delicious! I had the chicken taouk with rice and tabbouleh with cauliflower-the quality was really good and everything tasted great, the waitress was also really lovely. Very happy I came here, best meal I’ve had in a while!"

"The best Mediterranean food I have found anywhere. We got dinner from this place one night, then went back to get lunch the next day which we ate on our way to the airport. Pretty much everything on the menu is worth trying. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Nice."

"Hands down the best Lebanese shawarma and hummus in Nice! Restaurant Ishtah is an absolute gem. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and wrapped just right, easily the best I’ve had in town. The hummus is incredibly smooth, rich, and full of flavour, clearly made fresh with high-quality ingredients. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. If you’re craving real Lebanese food in Nice, Ishtar is a must-visit. Highly recommended!"

"This was my favorite Lebanese food I’ve ever had! We ordered the shawarma plate with hummus, eggplant and labne dips, along with falafel and the cheese samboussek a la carte. Everything was very fresh and tasty! The shawarma meat was so flavorful and tender. The mezzes were presented beautifully and tasted great as well. Absolutely recommend coming here—we ate here twice on our week trip in Nice!"

I’m a student in Monaco and have been craving good Lebanese food for so long since there’s none here — and this place completely delivered.
